Eclectic and classic cocktails aged 3-8 weeks in oak barrels & named after past poets in homage to historical creativity. We attempt to character of the cocktail to the qualities or region of its namesake. Served on “the rock” (a large square cube of ice) with no mixers & no garnish, just the spirits aged in wood. Availability will vary, as supply is limited.
